CANCELLATION POLICY
HAPPY POLICIES, HAPPY LIFE *Most booking is done through the app. If you have questions on what to book please reach out, I would love to answer any questions or book a free consultation and we can collaborate on your service(s). NO SHOW POLICY- Clients will be charged a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. LATE POLICY- A call or text is required if you are going to be late. Communication is key. If you are later than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule or you may choose to keep it and not have it styled. Depends on time and what the appointment is for. CHILDREN POLICY- No children in Salon, UNLESS they are being serviced. -Allow 1-3 business days for a response from text, voicemail, or email about scheduling or product information.
